1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses ClicksTracker.io, operated by Zero Nova Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including every member of a workspace. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for the traffic you send through the Service, the offers and pages you send it to, and everything your workspace members do.

2. Prohibited Offers and Destinations

You may not use the Service to track, redirect to or promote:

  • Malware, spyware, fake system alerts or security warnings, and any download that installs software without clear consent
  • Phishing, credential harvesting, or pages that imitate another company, bank, government or service
  • Illegal goods or services, counterfeit products, unlicensed gambling, or unapproved drugs and supplements with false health claims
  • Content involving minors in any sexual context, non consensual content, or content that promotes violence or hatred against people
  • Offers or schemes that are fraudulent or deceptive, including fake giveaways and subscriptions that hide their price or terms

Allowed with rules. Adult, gambling and nutra offers are allowed when you follow these rules:

  • Adult: the content is lawful in every country where it is shown, and it is age gated wherever it is shown
  • Gambling: the operator is licensed for the country your traffic targets
  • Nutra: no false health claims and no hidden rebills, so any recurring charge is disclosed before the visitor pays

Each of these offers must also follow the policy of the traffic source you buy the traffic from. The list above still applies to them: unlicensed gambling, unapproved drugs, false health claims and any content involving minors or non consensual content stay prohibited.

3. Prohibited Traffic and Practices

  • Sending fake, incentivized without disclosure, or bot generated traffic to inflate clicks, conversions or payouts, or to defraud an advertiser, a network or a traffic source
  • Cloaking: showing reviewers of an ad network or traffic source different content than real visitors in order to get past their policies
  • Sending spam, including unsolicited email, SMS or messenger traffic, through tracking links hosted on the Service
  • Using tracking domains or redirects to hide the true destination from visitors in order to mislead them
  • Installing our landing page pixel on sites you do not own or control

4. Personal Data in Tracking Parameters

Do not pass names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details or other directly identifying personal data in campaign variables, sub IDs, postback parameters or any other field the Service stores. Where your traffic reaches visitors in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you are responsible for the legal basis and the notices your tracking needs, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Protecting the Service

  • No attempts to access another customer's workspace, data or account, or to bypass authentication, rate limits or plan limits
  • No load testing, vulnerability scanning or penetration testing without our written permission; report a security issue to us instead
  • No automated access other than through the features and API the Service provides
  • No sharing of a single account between different people; invite them as workspace members instead

6. Enforcement

If we believe a workspace breaches this policy, we may, depending on the severity: ask you to stop, remove or disable specific campaigns, domains or pages, restrict access to the dashboard, stop redirects for the workspace, or suspend or terminate the account. Where it is practical and lawful we tell you first. We may act without notice where there is a risk to visitors, to other customers or to the Service. Fees are not refunded when we act under this policy. We may report illegal activity to the relevant authorities and cooperate with ad networks and traffic sources investigating abuse.

7. Reporting Abuse

To report a tracking link or domain hosted on the Service that you believe breaches this policy, email support@clickstracker.io with the link, what you saw and when.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes apply to you from the date we post them.
